  • Job applications: Name, email, phone, CV/resume, work history, skills and references via CEIPAL
  • SMS opt-in: Mobile phone number and explicit consent to receive text messages
  • Academy enrolments: Name, contact details and course preferences
  • Business enquiries: Company details, project requirements and procurement information

  • Pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type and operating system
  • IP address and approximate location (country/city level)
  • Referral source (how you found our website)

  • Professional information from LinkedIn or public networks

04 SMS & Text Message Communications

Innova uses SMS communications in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the USA and applicable regulations in Canada, India and the UK.

📱 SMS Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We collect consent via web form opt-in, verbal consent or written agreement.

Message Frequency: Up to 10 messages per month. Message & data rates may apply.

🚫 How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message, or email hr@innovasoftservices.com with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject. Reply HELP for assistance. Reply START to opt back in.

Zoom Phone & A2P 10DLC

We use Zoom Phone for business communications including SMS. All SMS campaigns are subject to A2P 10DLC registration requirements in the United States and carrier compliance rules in all four jurisdictions.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these circumstances:

We share candidate profiles with prospective employers when matching candidates to roles — only with your explicit consent and in accordance with employment law.

With Service Providers

  • Web3Forms — contact form processing and email delivery
  • CEIPAL — applicant tracking and careers portal
  • Zoom — business communications and SMS (Zoom Phone)
  • Google (Fonts) — website typography
  • GoDaddy — website hosting and domain

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, court order or regulatory authority in any of our four jurisdictions.

  • Candidate profiles: Up to 5 years (with consent)
  • Employment records (EOR/AOR): As required by law, typically 7 years
  • Payroll records: As required by tax law, typically 7 years
  • SMS opt-in records: Duration of opt-in plus 4 years (TCPA compliance)
  • Academy records: Up to 5 years for certificate validation

08 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, multi-factor authentication and regular security reviews. No electronic transmission is 100% secure — if you believe your data has been compromised, contact hr@innovasoftservices.com immediately.

09 Your Rights

  • Erasure: Request deletion where no legal obligation requires retention
